Qualifications

• Registered as a Home Care Aide by CA DPSS.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and safety.
• Current TB test

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Engage in companionship activities, such as conversation, reading, and watching TV.
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for clients.
