Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides in Metro Detroit and Downriver. Successful candidates will provide personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients in their homes, with flexible scheduling and neighborhood options.

No prior certification is required for many positions; the company offers daily pay for select roles, competitive bi-weekly pay, and training to support growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation: car or public transit.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Three references (2 professional and 1 personal) required at application.
• Must successfully complete pre-service Home Care Aide training.
• Must be reliable, courteous, honest, energetic, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, dressing, bathing, grooming.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, meal prep, vacuuming, bed making.
