Addus HomeCare is actively hiring Home Care Aides for Metro Detroit and Downriver areas. Open and virtual interviews available at our Detroit office in the Fisher Building. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship, with no certification required and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Clean criminal background check required.
• Reliable transportation (car or public transit).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Three references (2 professional and 1 personal) required at application.
• Must complete pre-service Home Care Aide training.
• Reliable, courteous, honest, energetic, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, meal prep, vacuuming, bed making.
• Provide companionship to clients.
