Qualifications

• One year of prior experience in a similar role is required.
• Valid State ID is required.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and mobility, including transfers and transportation.
• Provide personal care and help with daily living tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and observations for supervisor review.
• Engage with patients to provide companionship and mental stimulation.
• Encourage and participate in activities to promote physical and cognitive wellbeing.
