Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Canton, MA is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care. Various full-time and part-time shifts are available with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Earn $20-$23 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for 20–40 hours per week. Immediate hiring in Canton, with first and second shift openings and weekday/weekend schedules to choose from.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Reliable and dependable; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
