Aligned In-Home Care in Marin and Sonoma counties is seeking caregivers/home care aides for flexible schedules. You bring hands-on caregiving experience and a compassionate, reliable approach, providing one-to-one support in clients' homes with warmth and respect.

Caregivers/Home Care Aides Needed for Aligned In-Home Care in Marin and Sonoma Counties - any and all schedules!

Compensation: $19-$24 per hour

Experience

You are a reliable and dedicated professional with hands-on experience, either having worked with an agency or with a family member or friend. You have the ability to add value, regardless of the stage of your career - just starting out, mid-career or retiree.

Aligned In-Home Care was founded by a caregiver! Our local office is women owned and operated by two longtime childhood friends who have spent their careers in healthcare. This is Home Care - no high volume, low engagement institutional environment, just support and companionship for each client, one-on-one, in their own home.
