Job summary

Firstlight Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers in Marin County to provide companionship, meal assistance, and personal care to clients in their homes. You will join a dedicated team that matches you with clients and supports you through scheduling and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping, transportation, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ caregiving experience (Preferred).
• CA HCA ID # (Home Care Aide) - Required (we can help you through this process).
• Work Authorization (Required).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).

• Help with bathing and grooming.

All of our hiring and scheduling is done in-house and we answer our own phones 24/7! You will be matched with clients that are a good fit for you and that we have personally signed up.

Your responsibilities

Ideally, you will have

• 1 year+ caregiving experience (Preferred)

• Experience using a Hoyer Lift (Preferred)

• COVID vaccination card (Preferred)

• Drivers License and Car Insurance (Required)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

• Work Authorization (Required)

• CA HCA ID # (Home Care Aide) - Required (we can help you through this process)

• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time

• Part-time (12hr shift, 8 hours shift)

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability

• Holidays

• Overnights

Salary: Starts at $18.00/hr and can pay up to $480.00 to $510.00 per day (depending on qualification).

We drug test. Please do not apply if you cannot pass a 10-panel drug test.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
