Pay Range

This range is provided by Always Best Care Seattle. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Role Description

Our Caregivers are vital to our mission, providing services to seniors to help them maintain independence. They embody compassion, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Services range from basic companion care, including light housekeeping, transportation, and meal prep, to personal care such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Shifts vary from 1-24 hours, including live-in, weekends, nights, and mornings.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience with seniors in a home setting
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Covid vaccination record and/or booster
• Two references
• Proof of a TB test within the last year showing clear results
• Ability to pass background check
• Additional training such as CNA, HHA, BLS/CPR is a plus
• Possession of a State of CA HCA registration number
