Addus HomeCare is urgently hiring Home Care Aides to support clients in Wheaton and surrounding areas. You will help with daily activities, personal care, and light housekeeping while traveling to clients’ homes. The role offers flexible scheduling and daily pay in select cases.

This position pays $18.75 per hour with travel reimbursement. Eligible employees may receive health insurance, retirement program, paid time off, and holiday pay as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

We offer Home Care Aides $18.75/HR plus travel reimbursement.

Caregiver Benefits

Caregiver Responsibilities

Caregiver Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund (the "Fund") including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
