Addus HomeCare is urgently hiring Home Care Aides to support clients in Aurora, Elgin, Naperville, Downers Grove, and surrounding Illinois communities. Our teams help clients stay safely in their homes while delivering compassionate personal care and daily living assistance.

We offer $18.75 per hour, travel reimbursement, flexible full- and part-time schedules, and benefits like health insurance, retirement plan eligibility, paid time off, and paid holidays after meeting service requirements.

We offer Home Care Aides $18.75/HR plus travel reimbursement.

Caregiver Benefits

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands

Caregiver Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund (the "Fund") including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
