Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care seeks a Lead Caregiver / CNA / HHA to provide compassionate in-home, non-medical support for seniors, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, coordinate care plans, document client status, and communicate with families and the office team, while demonstrating leadership and reliability in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or training as a CNA/HHA caregiver.
