Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for a Home Care Aide located in San Diego, CA. The Home Care Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care tasks, providing companionship, performing light housekeeping, offering medication reminders, and assisting with transportation and errands. The role also involves supporting clients with specialized dementia and Alzheimer's care and hospital-to-home transition support. The Home Care Aide will work closely with clients to ensure their independence and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Caregiving, Home Care, and Personal Care Skills
• Experience in Elder Care and providing specialized dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Strong Interpersonal Skills for building relationships with clients and their families
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in healthcare or home care is a plus
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
