Job summary

Partners In Care is hiring Home Care Aides to support elderly and disabled clients in their homes. Prior experience is not required as paid training is provided.

You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands, following the patient care plan and safety protocols. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and benefits where eligible.

Overview:

We are looking for Home Care Aides with the same vision to join our team. This position requires someone who is caring and dependable that will assist elderly and/or disabled persons in their home or place of residence. Home Care Aides assist with client needs and perform the day-to-day activities of care giving based on approved tasks. Home Care Aides will provide care based on company policies and tasks outlined in the patient’s care assessment. This can include personal care assistance, preparing of meals, assist with grocery and personal shopping, assist with personal care, running errands, and performing light housekeeping.

We pay your registration costs for the CA State Home Care Aide Registry and Fingerprinting Fees! If you’re already registered, you will receive a $100 sign on bonus upon the completion of the hiring process.

Home Care Aid Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Physical ability to perform personal care tasks
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a Livescan criminal background check
• Provide a negative TB test
