Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Home Care Aide to support clients in their homes across North Seattle, Shoreline, and Everett. The role focuses on compassionate, individualized care to promote independence and well-being.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and families. Training and a supportive environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Washington state Home Care Aide certification required.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move clients safely when needed.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care and support
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other care team members to ensure coordinated care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Care Aide in the state of Washington
• Ability to lift, bend, and move clients safely and comfortably, as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and priorities
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
