Job Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Attendant, you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes, supporting them with activities such as:

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and cleaning
• Personal activities like dressing, medication management, and assisting with meals
• Accompanying clients outside the home for errands or shopping

Eligibility Requirements

• Previous PCA experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to participate in training and professional development

Physical Qualifications

• Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs
• Ability to navigate stairs and move within client homes
• Effective communication skills
