Always Best Care Boerne is hiring Skilled Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors in Kerrville and surrounding Texas Hill Country communities. You will assist with daily living, mobility, meals, and safety in the client’s home.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Smartphone required for documentation and time tracking.
• Authorized to work in the United States and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing and dressing.
• Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes.
• Document completed care using the mobile app.
• Follow care plans and company policies.

Job Summary

Always Best Care Boerne is hiring Skilled Caregivers to provide compassionate, reliable in-home care to seniors in Kerrville and surrounding Texas Hill Country communities.

Caregivers help clients with personal care, daily activities, mobility, meals, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing and dressing

• Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and social support

• Provide medication reminders

• Monitor and report changes in client condition

• Document completed care using our mobile app

• Follow the client's care plan and company policies

• Perform other related caregiving duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance

• Smartphone required for documentation and time tracking

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening

• Three professional references required

• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with seniors

• Willing to complete paid training and orientation
