Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with medication management and self-care routines.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report changes to the supervising nurse or scheduler.
