Job summary

Upscale Home Care seeks a Home Care Aide to deliver individualized non-medical support in clients' homes in Cave Creek, AZ. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship, while maintaining clear care records and coordinating with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of home or geriatric care, a High School diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in home care or geriatric care.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Passion for delivering exceptional care and building strong relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and repositioning.
• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding if needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• $16 - $18 HOURLY competitive compensation package
