Job summary

No Worries Care Renton is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living support one-on-one in clients' homes.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and those new to the field; CNA or HCA certification is a plus, and we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Position Overview

This caregiver role plays a vital part in enhancing the daily lives of our clients. You'll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes, providing the support they need to live with comfort and confidence. Whether you're a seasoned professional or newer to caregiving, we welcome those with a caring heart and a strong sense of responsibility. A current CNA or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential is preferred, but we're happy to consider candidates willing to obtain certification.
