Job summary

No Worries Care Everett is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients at home across Mill Creek and surrounding areas. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals, providing personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, meals, and companionship.

A CNA or HCA is preferred, but we’re open to candidates willing to obtain certification. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, immediate start, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive office team focused on delivering

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism
• Genuine compassion and a commitment to client well‑being
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
