Job summary

Right at Home Fort Wayne is seeking an Agency Administrator to lead daily operations, staffing, client services, and business development. This hands-on role collaborates with caregivers, clients, families, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and leadership to ensure services are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agency operations, staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.

• Support caregiver performance, attendance, communication, and development.
• Maintain accurate client, caregiver, and agency documentation.
• Monitor compliance, quality assurance, and required assessments.
• Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, billing, invoicing, and follow-up.
