Right at Home Fort Wayne is seeking an Agency Administrator to lead daily operations, staffing, client services, and growth initiatives. This hands-on role collaborates with caregivers, clients, families, and referral sources to ensure efficient, professional service.

The candidate will oversee scheduling, onboarding, care coordination, payroll, and community outreach while building strong relationships with hospitals and providers. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily agency operations, staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Manage client intake, onboarding, service coordination, and ongoing care needs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain caregivers.
• Support caregiver performance, attendance, communication, and development.
• Maintain accurate client, caregiver, and agency documentation.
• Monitor compliance, quality assurance, and required assessments.
• Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, billing, invoicing, and follow-up.
