Job summary

NHC HomeCare Midlands in South Carolina seeks an Administrator to oversee daily operations, coordinate clinical and administrative activities, and lead a team to meet budget and KPI targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with accountability for patient and partner outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN or physician (per state requirements), with leadership experience in home health care, and is able to work across operating hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician or registered nurse with a valid state license.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree holder preferred for newer hires.
• Minimum 1 year health service administration or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home care agency.
• Direct clinical and administrative teams to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and background screening.
• Be available during operating hours and delegate as needed.
