Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Home Care Assistant Administrator to lead the Home Health and Private Duty department. You will oversee daily operations, support a team of caregivers, and help ensure personalized resident care within the community.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and quality improvement, with opportunities for growth as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in Private Duty, Home Health, Healthcare or Senior Living
• Previous supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Work with the Home Care Administrator to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Agency policies and procedures.
• Review and analyze financial management, participate in planning, developing, and maintaining the operating budget
• Participate in quality improvement programs; continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and workflows in partnership with the corporate team. Evaluate systemic problems and develops action plans to address them.
• Address compliance, complaint, and staff/patient grievances and reports them according to policy.
• Foster effective teamwork among the Agency’s staff and community’s management team to ensure high-quality service and care.
