You’ll earn with uncapped commissions and a clear path to six figures; top performers reach $100,000–$120,000 in year one, with $200,000+ achievable as you master the role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust, solve problems, and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Resimpli, Salesforce, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (field-based).
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-first culture.
• Growth mindset with a desire to be coached and continuously improve.

Revival Homebuyer is looking for a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team in the Tampa Bay area. This is a field-based, consultative sales role where you'll meet directly with homeowners, evaluate their situation, and provide honest, straightforward solutions for selling their home.

Every appointment is different. One day you may be helping a family through probate. The next, assisting someone relocating, downsizing, facing major repairs, or navigating another challenging life transition. What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

• In-home remodeling sales (windows, roofing, kitchens, baths, HVAC)
• Restoration sales (water, fire, mold)
• Construction estimating or project management
• Residential appraisals
• Home inspections
• Insurance adjusting or property claims
• Other consultative, in-home sales roles
