Job summary

Clayton Homes in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Home Building Team Member in Production. You will perform manufacturing production operations, follow safe work practices, and help meet quality and productivity goals.

This full-time hourly role requires willingness to transfer between departments, the ability to read basic drawings, and clear communication. The position emphasizes teamwork and safety, with opportunities for benefits and growth within Clayton's inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Home Building Team Member

Department: Production

Work Schedule: Weekdays, 6AM-2:30PM

Job Status: Full-Time / Hourly

Position Summary: The Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to each department in the home building process. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
