• Willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards and productivity goals.
• Serve as a good steward of company assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting maintenance needs, and keeping areas clean.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities, communicating material shortages and quality/productivity issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
