Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing is seeking a Production Team Member to operate in the home building production line, following standard methods and safety practices. You will collaborate with colleagues to meet quality standards while achieving productivity goals.

Responsibilities include safe work, teamwork, asset protection, and communicating issues to supervisors. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with a willingness to transfer across departments when needed.

Qualifications

• Must display teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Must not have recent severe disciplinary actions.
• Evaluation shows high performing tendency.
• No final written disciplinary actions in last 6 months.
• Must learn from feedback and follow procedures.
• Must be able to read confirmation orders and build accurately.

Responsibilities

• Observe OSHA regulations and maintain safe work habits.
• Work in a team to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Protect assets and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Assist leaders to plan manufacturing activities and report shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
