Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required as stated.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs and work in various spaces.
• Willingness to overtime, on-call, and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Work independently at customers' homes and businesses as a trusted installer.
• Assist customers and meet new people daily while resolving issues and delivering great service.
