Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager for the North Region, based home-based with ~20% travel to U.S. and Canadian plants. You will lead KPI data, audits, and process improvements while guiding SAP implementations and 3PL integration.

You’ll partner with Plant Warehouse Managers to close gaps, optimize pallet movement, and ensure Refresco standards. Strong Excel, SAP, and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field; APICS designation is an asset.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership and financial process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI data, trends, and process improvements across North Region.
• Manage KPI Data Tracker and Scorecard; administer warehouse audits.
• Coordinate SAP implementations and 3PL training in warehouses.
• Collaborate with Plant Warehouse Managers to close gaps and improve delivery.
• Plan logistics with carriers to balance timely shipments and costs.
