Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist in The Woodlands, TX, for PRN positions serving patients in their homes and communities. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs using a patient-centered approach.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and strong communication with families and professionals are

Qualifications

• Completion of Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC) preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments in speech, language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Provide truly patient-centered therapy in patients' homes and communities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers.
