Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in La Mesa, CA seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN opportunities are available to support ongoing treatment during patients' stays.

The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of speech, language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication, delivered by interdisciplinary teams in functional home environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology with state licensure and ASHA CCC is required.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
