Job summary

Hummingbird Speech Inc. is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team for in-home Early Intervention services in Southern California, with occasional Telehealth sessions as requested.

Responsibilities include pediatric assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing in-home therapy, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and documenting progress. We value family-centered care and bilingual abilities as a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language.
• CFY encouraged to apply and California licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric assessments to determine speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-home therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor and document patient progress in EHR.
• Educate families on speech and language strategies.
• Adhere to CFY supervision guidelines.
