Job summary

Waystone Health & Human Services is seeking a caring CFS Skills Instructor to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at home or in the community. This on-site position is based in Lawrence, MA, and offers 10 hours weekly on a per diem basis.

Hourly rate is $21.63 with union membership in SEIU Local 509. Requires a High School Diploma, at least 1 year of daily living experience, fluent English, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience with daily life skills and personal care.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to follow care plans.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals in day-to-day life to achieve goals.
• Develop skills in community living and social activities.
• Assist with safety and personal care as needed.
• Complete ISP forms and document services accurately.
