Qualifications

• 5+ years in the critical power, electrical service, or power electronics industry.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with component-level diagnosis.
• Experience with UPS, batteries, PDUs, STS, and related critical power infrastructure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; independent work capability.
• Proficient with electrical test equipment and field service reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Commission, startup, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain UPS systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide technical support.
• Conduct testing and verification for new installations and upgrades.
• Develop MOPs and oversee on-site testing activities.
• Prepare detailed field service reports promptly.
• Attend technical trainings to stay current on technologies.
