The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) to deliver patient-centered nursing care to Veterans in their homes.

The RN will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support Veterans and families across the care continuum, promoting independence and quality of life. Qualified candidates must have a nursing degree from an approved program and active licensure, with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic written and spoken English (38 U.S.C. 7403).
• Nursing degree from an approved program with licensure.
• Foreign education requires degree validation when applicable.
