Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Resident Care to partner with Regional Operations and Executive Directors across Wisconsin communities. You will coach Health & Wellness leaders, ensure regulatory excellence, and drive resident outcomes with strategic clinical leadership.

The role requires RN licensure in Wisconsin, 5+ years of nursing leadership, and 3+ years regional/multi-site experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of regional or multi-site clinical leadership experience supporting Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin RCAC/CBRF requirements and regulatory processes.
• Experience leading state surveys and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic clinical partner to Regional Operations Leaders and Executive Directors across multiple communities.
• Coach and develop Health & Wellness leaders, building leadership capability and accountability.
• Monitor clinical policies for regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
• Lead surveys, investigations, and corrective action readiness activities.
• Analyze clinical metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide education on regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of Health & Wellness leaders.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to manage complex clinical situations and risk.
