Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Professional for a Referral Network Specialist role based in the United States. You will build and manage country-specific networks of referring physicians across multiple therapeutic areas and ensure smooth referrals to study investigators.

The position requires travel and collaboration with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal teams to implement referral processes across projects.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Experience working in the clinical research industry
• Minimum 3 years as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• Experience communicating with physicians/investigators
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Identify and select physicians, training and support to enhance referral skills
• Plan and conduct regular visits to referring physicians, in person or via video
• Document key discussions and objectives in a report
• Provide ongoing support to physicians and their teams to execute tasks accurately
