Job summary

PSI CRO in the United States is seeking a Referral Network Specialist to build and manage a country-specific network of referring physicians across therapeutic areas. This home-based role requires regular travel and focuses on ensuring a smooth referral process between physicians and study investigators.

You will identify physicians, provide training, plan visits, document discussions, support physicians and their teams, and collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal to

Qualifications

  • College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience.
  • Experience working in the clinical research industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
  • Experience communicating with physicians and/or investigators required
  • Oncology and/ or Gastroenterology experience is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including frequent travel as required
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Identify and select physicians, providing them with valuable training and support throughout the referral process to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Plan and conduct regular visits to referring physicians, whether in person and/or via video conference, to promote collaboration. Following this, you will be responsible for documenting key discussions and objectives in a report.
  • Provide ongoing support to referring physicians and their teams, ensuring agreed-upon tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments at PSI CRO, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal, to ensure the successful implementation of the referral process across all projects.
