Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 therapy to clients in a home setting.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with BCBAs and therapists, while upholding BACB ethics and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping clients with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• At least 6 months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to helping clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics.
