Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Brockton, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.

The role involves implementing treatment plans to address behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills, with a focus on progress, compassion, and teamwork. Part-time hours and flexible schedules are available. Pay ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, based on certification and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; travel up to one hour from home.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities
