Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, you will implement treatment plans to address behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

We offer BCBA supervision for all R/BTs, flexible schedules, and part-time hours with competitive compensation based on certification, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with ASD under supervision.
• Implement specific treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to support progress and consistency.
