Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible schedules and BCBA supervision for all R/BTs. Travel to client homes within about an hour from your residence may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
