Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team, working 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision.

This role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, supportive team environment, and the chance to positively impact families affected by autism. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to travel as needed.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Able to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implemented plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and others.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients and families.
