Job summary

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks qualified PIC candidates for a Gulfstream G280 on a 4-pilot account, home-based within a 90-minute drive of a major airport. The role offers a competitive base salary range and stability within a premier private aviation operator.

Responsibilities focus on safe operation, flight planning, CRM/TEM briefings, and delivering exceptional service to owners and passengers, with comprehensive EJM benefits and support.

Qualifications

• P135 operations experience preferred.
• FAA Type rating for G280 preferred.
• Minimum total flight time 3500 hours.
• PIC MEL 500 hours required.
• Instrument flight time 300 hours.
• Ability to work from a home-based location within driving distance of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with requirements.
• Complete flight planning, performance, and weight and balance for each assignment.
• Lead required briefings using CRM/TEM methodologies.
• Comply with SOPs and coordinate with company personnel; act as Grounds/In-Flight Security Coordinator.
• Complete pre-flight tasks and monitor maintenance status to ensure aircraft is mission capable.
• Monitor ground service items and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver high level of customer service to owners and passengers.
• Document discrepancies per SOPs.
