Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks qualified pilots for a Gulfstream 280 base at Bridgeport-Sikorsky Airport, CT (KBDR). Two-pilot account; maintenance technician support; owner with a steady schedule. PIC holds final responsibility for safe, compliant operations and exceptional service.

The role requires 4–6 years in corporate aviation, an FAA Type rating, and extensive flight time across jet operations. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Total flight time 3500 hours required.
• PIC MEL 500 hours minimum.
• Instrument rating 300 hours minimum.
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet required.
• 4-6 years of corporate/business aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Complete flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment.
• Lead briefings using the TPC process to mitigate operational risks.
• Comply with SOPs and coordinate with personnel; act as Security Coordinator as defined by policy.
• Record aircraft discrepancies and maintain airworthiness status per SOPs.
