Executive Jet Management is seeking highly experienced Gulfstream 280 PIC pilots transitioning from the KLAS operation to EJM employment. The role emphasizes safety, service, and regulatory compliance across private aviation duties.

Responsibilities include flight planning, weight and balance, CRM/TEM communication, and ensuring aircraft readiness and passenger service excellence. Strong commitment to training and SMS compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate/business aviation is required.
• FAA Type rating in the Gulfstream 280 is required.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight and regulatory compliance.
• Completes flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks.
• Leads required briefings using CRM/TEM and coordinates with crew and ground staff.
• Maintains regulatory and company training and SMS compliance.
