Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to collaborate with a team of Physical Therapists and manage a home-based caseload, mainly post-acute or subacute. You will start and end your day from the comfort of your home once trained.

The role offers orientation, strong management support, and mileage reimbursement, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• NYS PTA Licensure is required.
• Minimum one year of experience with adults/geriatric patients; home care experience preferred.
• Ability to care for one patient at a time.

Responsibilities

• Promotes/provides physical therapy services in the home to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimal level of functioning.
• Evaluates and treats individuals with deficits due to neurologic, orthopedic, and medical conditions.
• Care for one patient at a time.
• Once trained, enjoy the independence of starting and ending your day from home.
