Job summary
THERAPY 2000 in Dallas, TX seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our home-based care team. You’ll evaluate, treat, and coordinate therapy for children, delivering compassionate, patient-centered services in familiar settings.

Qualifications
- 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist
- Experience in a home-health setting
- Specialty Certifications (example: PCS)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
- Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
- Maintain timely chart updates, progress notes, and required paperwork.
- Engage with agency personnel to ensure understanding of expectations and standards.
