Job summary
Therapy 2000 in Houston invites a seasoned Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a mission-driven home-based care team serving Northeast Houston families. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs for children, collaborate with caregivers and other providers, and support goals in the child’s natural home environment.
This role offers a sign-on bonus and access to a company car, with full-time benefits and opportunities for continuing education.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
- Experience delivering therapy in a home-health setting.
- Specialty certifications (e.g., PCS) preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pediatric PT evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Coordinate care with other providers across the medical neighborhood.
- Complete required patient visits weekly and maintain documentation.
- Adhere to agency policies and applicable laws.
